Jaci Spellman, Co-Founder, has enjoyed the practice of vinyasa flow yoga, originally inspired by Tricia Fiske and Moksha Yoga teacher training completion. As her practice grows, she enjoys trying other styles of yoga, but always returns to vinyasa. "Yoga has changed my life. In the beginning yoga may just be physical, but as your practice becomes part of your life you begin to learn how to focus from the inside out. I want our studio to be an offering of space to the community for the sharing of like minds and energy; a place to practice."

Jeanette Virden has practiced yoga on and off throughout her life and always felt incredibly drawn to it. As an adult she decided to really dedicate herself to the practice and was blown away by the depth of yoga ~ spiritually, mentally, and physically. "I felt the way I used to feel in my younger years as a dancer, expressing my inner self through physical movement." Jeanette signed up for a 200 Hour Teacher Training with Prairie Yoga and was fortunate to study under knowledgeable and accomplished teachers. Jeanette has taught adults and children since the summer of 2008 and loves it. Jeanette tries to bring a spiritual element to every class and feels priviledged to share with others the joy, strength and the healing she has found in yoga.
