Kay Eck has been studying yoga since 2007.  Kay has completed Teacher Training and is currently working toward 200 Hr. Certification through Prairie Yoga.

Kay believes the beauty of yoga is that it is at once endlessly deep and thoroughly accessible.  "Wherever you are on the spectrum of life - physically, mentally, spiritually - yoga reveals a path forward."
