![]() | R E B E C C A R U S S E L L Instructor Rebecca Russell, CYT, enjoys helping her students find their well-being. Rebecca's teaching style blends more than 12 years of yoga practice in Hatha, Vinyasa
and Iyengar. She initially pursued yoga for its physical benefits (while
rehabilitating from an injury) and soon found the balance Rebecca needed (for a
former career in corporate communications). A perpetual student originally certified through Moksha Yoga, Rebecca is pursuing 500-RYT advanced certification with Prairie Yoga and studies as often as she can with master teachers including Tias Little, Angela Farmer and Gabriel Halpern. Rebecca has published in Yoga Chicago and nationally. |
